We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT and Cyber Security to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, including identifying routers and necessary components for inter-connectivity, engineering installations, and leading the development and implementation of IT systems. Additionally, this role will involve establishing standards and compliance measures, managing security protocols, and staying up-to-date on emerging security threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer systems, with at least 3 years specializing in computer security.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an IT department.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems engineering, and cyber security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
